Lost and Found Inc. is a faith-based continuum of care for the nation and especially the Rocky Mountain Region of Colorado. Treatment settings include outpatient, intensive outpatient, therapeutic group homes for boys and girls, residential/transitional living program services for emancipating youth, and outreach to military/veterans and their families. We also provide sex-offense specific treatment for children and teens as well as aftercare services. Therapy addresses chemical dependency, mental/emotional/behavioral disorders, sexual reaction formations (Trauma-Bonds), and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
We need the prayers, partnership and other support of the Church to continue this mission of God’s great calling. Please read each description and consider participating in one or more opportunities.
Direct Ministry Support
Your church congregation or small group can embrace a specific program area where you can invest not only your funds, but your volunteer labor as well.
Holiday Offerings
Communities of faith, businesses and service organizations often do special giving drives for our kids during the holidays and other special seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Back-to-School). Our kids are so grateful for the gifts they receive.
Sponsor a Child or Family
The average amount of monetary support for a family or child to finish an outpatient treatment regime is $600.00. The average amount of monthly support for child in an "out of home placement" with Lost and Found Inc. is $4000.00 per month.
Send Referrals
If you know of a child, youth or family in need of our services, please, please send this to us first. We desperately want the church community to know that we are here and we care.
Promote our Special Events (and/or get involved)
Every year, Lost and Found Inc. attempts to raise our support levels through special events. Just raising awareness of these events aids our cause. We also need volunteers to assist in our various campaigns.
Preach/Speak on the Topic
The plight of our kids is largely unknown in the Christian community, or perhaps misunderstood. We need you to elevate the consciousness of this matter in your congregation.
Lost and Found Inc. will gladly come and speak, set up a booth display or just be available to present our work in any format best suited to your congregation. We can come prepared with brochures, updates, our prayer needs and even bring a youth to testify of their recovery and/or experience in our programs.
Please know that we are here to support your ministry as well in all that we do. Please click here to see what we can do to support your church and ministers.
