Our Child Placement Agency sponsors group homes in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas serving both boys and girls ages 11-18. Our group homes provide a 24/7 therapeutic home environment where children receive nurturing therapeutic care.
Become a Foster or Group Home Parent!
We are looking for responsible, dedicated individuals and families to provide in-home care and love to boys and girls of all ages. You must be available to provide 24/7 care in a safe home environment and able to provide attention, supervision, structure, and supportive assistance to foster children. Foster and group home parents must complete background checks and a home study process with our agency prior to becoming licensed. Lost and Found provides therapeutic case management, individualized support, on-call crisis management, ongoing monthly training and a tax-free monthly stipend.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a foster parent (minimum 1 year)
- HS diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background and drug screening
- Ability to work as a team member
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism
- Ability to provide individualized care and support
- Ability to teach others
- Patience, love and understanding
- Not antagonistic towards the Christian faith
